600g beef cubes
1 large onion (wedged)
4 tomatoes (wedged)
4 potatoes (cubed)
2 carrots (cubed)
1 stalk coriander (chopped)
50g tomato puree
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon Kombu seasoning
Salt to taste*

Heat oil in a pot and saute onion until aromatic.

Add tomatoes and saute till they turn mushy.
Step 3:
Add beef and saute till the surface is cooked.
Step 4:
Add potatoes, carrots, tomato puree and water and bring to a boil.
Step 5:
Season with Kombu powder and salt.
Step 6:
Simmer over low heat until the beef is done and tender.
Step 7:
Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
